About the project
LoveWritten helps people express their emotions through thoughtfully designed digital letters. The product creates a unique experience where users can write, personalize, and schedule meaningful messages for different moments in life — turning simple words into lasting emotional experiences.
The Challenge
Many people struggle to express their emotions in writing. Generic templates often feel impersonal, and not everyone has the right words for meaningful moments. Additionally, users often face the challenge of finding thoughtful and meaningful virtual gifts that truly reflect their feelings.
The Solution
We created a Web app with a guided flow that helps the user create a digital letter. Schedule the letter to be sent at a specific time. Firebase manages user accounts and saved letters.
Results
High user satisfaction with strong seasonal spikes around Valentine's Day, anniversaries, and holidays. Users frequently share generated content directly from the app.
